'Hi everyone!  Today\'s video is all about our new 100 Day Challenge and my first 3 days attempting it. I haven\'t been tracking meals for a while now, and I must say it\'s a bit difficult to get back into the rhythm for that. But this challenge is all about consistency, so I\'m going to do my part and stay on track with training and nutrition to the best of my ability.  We will all slip up, inevitably, at some point. But the key to long-lasting fitness results is consistency.   You can do the challenge too! 1. Start tracking your meals using MyFitnessPal. You can ask one of our coaches to help you determine your Macros (www.teameraki.com to sign up) 2. Train 5x a week. It can be any workout of your choice - just get your body moving! 3. Track biometrics daily - weight, body fat% 4. Take Progress Pictures weekly  If you go off track on one day, it\'s alright. Just get back on track the next!
